Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, StyleZy shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services or Rs. 100, whichever is lower.

9. Force Majeure StyleZy shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or government action.

10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.

11. Changes to Terms StyleZy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
